Credit arrives about 10 seconds after the bank confirms. Not there after 5 minutes: contact support with the transfer memo and time.
Open Credit walletYes, automatically. Failed orders and orders that need more information are refunded to the wallet at once (Refunds in wallet history). Plan orders don't count toward the limit. Delivered bot not working as described: tap “Not quite” on the bot card for a free diagnosis.
Read the refund policyIn MetaTrader 5 on a computer (Windows or Mac): File → Open Data Folder → MQL5/Experts, copy the bot file there. In the Navigator window, right-click Expert Advisors → Refresh to show the bot. MT5 on a phone cannot run bots. Step-by-step instructions are in the Install tab on the bot card.
