Terms of Service

1. Service. This website provides an AI tool that generates MQL5 Expert Advisor (EA) source code from user descriptions, using a prepaid credit system.

2. Not investment advice. All code, content, and materials are for educational and technical reference purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, or fund management.

3. Risk. Trading Forex/CFDs carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all your capital. Generated EAs execute strategies YOU describe — you are solely responsible for testing (backtest, demo) and all trading decisions.

4. Credits. 1 credit = 1 VND, usable only for services on this website and not redeemable for cash. Promotional and bonus credits are gifts rather than payments received, so they are likewise non-refundable (see the Refund Policy).

5. Prohibited use. Using the service to create malicious code, attack systems, or violate broker terms or applicable law is strictly forbidden.

6. Ownership. You own the right to use generated EA code. Our prompt system, interface, and infrastructure remain our property.

7. We may update pricing and these terms; changes take effect upon posting.
