Refund Policy

1. Automatic credit refunds occur when: (a) EA generation fails; (b) the AI requests more information and produces no code; (c) a request times out.

2. Credits are not convertible back into cash. Topped-up credits, promotional credits, and bonus credits are NOT refundable to a bank account in any form — they may only be spent on services on this website. When our system fails, the amount is returned to your credit wallet under clause 1 and stays available for your next build.

3. No refunds for successfully completed generations (file delivered), including when backtest results do not meet expectations — EAs execute the strategy you described and carry no profit guarantee.

4. Contact support with your account email and transfer details; requests are processed within 48 business hours.
