Privacy Policy

1. Data collected: sign-in email, strategy descriptions you submit, attachments, credit transaction history, and basic technical information (access times).

2. Purpose: operating the EA generation service, managing credits, payment reconciliation, customer support, and fraud prevention.

3. Third parties: your strategy descriptions are sent to the AI model providers we work with in order to generate code — that list of providers may change over time to keep quality and cost in balance; bank transfers are processed via SePay/banks; data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. We do not sell personal data.

4. Attachments are deleted from our system after the request is processed.

5. You may request deletion of your account and related data by contacting us.
